Bringing  out the best in people is the common thread in all of Pat Kilgannon's professional and volunteer experiences. As president of SUCCESS COACHING she supports people in achieving professional success without compromising their quality of life. She is passionate about her work and has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life to grow to their full potential.

As a pioneer in the coaching profession, Pat has received the prestigious designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is currently President of the Philadelphia Area Coaching Alliance. Pat has a master's degree in Adult Education, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. In addition, Pat has an extensive training background as a facilitator for personal and professional effectiveness seminars, and has authored several articles on coaching.

Pat is active in the community serving as an integral member of several boards. She is also past-president of Doylestown Toastmasters and a lifetime member of Central Bucks Ambulance and Rescue Unit. Pat has also served as a VISTA Volunteer for the East Los Angeles Community Union. She lives in Doylestown, PA with her husband and two children.
